Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)

Based on the scoping session, a ROM is prepared to provide an initial estimate of the project scope and cost.

Customer Agreement

The ROM is reviewed and confirmed by the customer and the partner issues CyberOne a purchase order to initiate the project.

Scope of Work Created (SOW)

Following confirmation, a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) is created outlining the project deliverables, timelines and responsibilities.

Project Kick-off & Execution

CyberOne introduces a dedicated Project Manager, who sets up the project kick-off to deliver work maintaining clear communication with the partner throughout.
